Business Performance – The Bank is presently doing its business through its 13 branches and 23 DCCBs affiliated with it.

The Bank initially focused solely on lending within the agricultural sector. Following the issuance of guidelines by NABARD regarding non-agricultural finance, the Bank expanded its operations in 1990 to include the non-agricultural sector. Currently, the Bank actively provides lending services in both agricultural and non-agricultural sectors.

The Bank has significantly improved its operational efficiency over the past 2–3 years. Employees are regularly sent to reputed training institutions such as BIRD to enhance their skills and knowledge. Additionally, the Bank has strengthened its workforce by recruiting qualified professionals on a contractual basis, including individuals with technical backgrounds such as MBA, MCA, and BCA, to further enhance operational performance.
